Kika studied communication in Brasilia, Brazil graduating with a degree in Public Relations — making her a certified people person. Kika has spent the last 20+ years in the United States working as a customer communication specialist and project manager roles in companies like Microsoft and Nintendo. Still, she has always liked working with mom-and-pop shops the most.
As JTech's Account Manager, Kika is driven to help each of our clients achieve their goals with a presence on the web. Kika helps clients connect with our SEO, PPC, and website design teams to solve their unique problems. She truly thrives when she’s helping diverse and cross-functional teams achieve their goals, and she’s excited to help you reach yours… Unless it's a Metallica concert day.
